Residential Handyman (Casual / As-Needed)
Location: Vancouver, BC

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable handyman to support maintenance in a low-rise apartment building located in Vancouvers Cambie Village area. This is a casual, as-needed position with flexible hours based on ongoing building and unit requirements.

Scope of Work:
1. General repairs and maintenance in occupied and vacant units
2. Basic plumbing (leaks, fixture replacements, unclogging)
3. Basic electrical (light fixtures, switches, minor troubleshooting)
4. Patching, painting, and minor carpentry
5. Turnover work between tenancies as required
6. General building upkeep
7. Identifying issues and reporting any larger repair needs

Requirements:
1. Proven handyman or general maintenance experience
2. Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems
3. Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
4. Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented
5. Must have own basic tools

Work Structure:
1. Casual / on-call basis (no guaranteed hours)
2. Work assigned based on maintenance needs and unit turnover
3. Ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who can take on jobs during weekdays

Compensation:
$27-30/hour
