Construction Laborer

Position Overview We are hiring Construction Laborers to support a variety of residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on role involving physical labor, use of tools, and working all year. No two days are the same, and there is plenty of room to grow with the company. Pay & Hours $20-$35 per hour, based on experience Up to 40 hours per week Year-round work no seasonal layoffs Performance perks and potential tool allowance available Experience No experience required we will train the right person Prior construction, carpentry, roofing, or general labor experience is a plus but not necessary Responsibilities Assist with construction tasks such as framing, demolition, cleanup, material handling, and site preparation Operate hand tools and power tools safely (training provided) Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team Maintain a clean and organized job site Uphold safety standards at all times Represent Superior Coast Construction with professionalism and reliability What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Reliable transportation to job sites Positive attitude and teamwork mindset Punctuality and dependability Interest in growing within the construction industry What We Offer We often have opportunities for year-round work, though availability varies with project demand On-the-job training and skill development Opportunities for advancement as the company grows Supportive team environment Performance-based incentives Potential tool allowance for long-term employees
