As a Project Administrator , you will provide comprehensive administrative and project support, helping teams operate efficiently and successfully deliver high-quality outcomes. What you'll do Drive project coordination by tracking deliverables and monitoring progress to keep teams aligned and on schedule Provide construction contract administration support, including managing RFI logs and tracking submittals Serve as a key point of connection, communicating effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors Partner with Project Managers to support project setup and ensure a strong start from day one Facilitate consultant agreement initiation and coordination Keep projects running smoothly by scheduling meetings and managing project calendars Maintain and oversee project databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of critical information Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and tracking project financials to support informed decision-making Support project compliance efforts to ensure alignment with requirements and standards Coordinate and support consultant agreements throughout the project lifecycle Contribute to specification coordination and publishing to help ensure project quality and consistency What we're looking for Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Here's what you'll need High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of administrative experience within engineering, construction, or a related industry Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) Experience with project coordination and cross-functional collaboration Ideally, you'll also have College degree or relevant coursework Experience supporting executives, high-level clients, or government/public sector stakeholders Posted Salary Range: Minimum 43,800.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 60,300.00 Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
