Welder/Mechanic

Client in Tulare, CA is seeking to find a Welder/Mechanic. Temp to hire opportunity, day shift, full time, M-F. Must be able to work overtime and weekends. Pay range is $17-$20/hour. Job Duties/Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for performing heavy-duty inspections, diagnostics, and repairs. This role includes electrical diagnostics and work on brake systems, hydraulic systems, cooling systems, suspension systems, and DOT inspections. The candidate will also service and repair hydraulic motors, chains, sprockets, shafts, bearings, and augers, as well as assist with equipment installation and repairs. In addition, this position requires welding and fabricating parts as needed using MIG and stick welding. Required Qualifications Strong fabrication skills Strong fit-up skills Strong mechanical aptitude Clean DMV record Must be willing to complete a background check Must be willing to complete a drug screening Experience with agricultural equipment, including feed mixers Willingness to drive 19.5-26 GVW trucks used to tow mixers to and from job sites after 90 days Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed Join our team! ...
