Qualifications and responsibilities for this On-Site Engineer position include: 2-3+ years of hands-on technical experience in field service, automation, electro-mechanical, biomedical equipment, military technical, or industrial maintenance roles. Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical/electronic, pneumatic, and mechatronic systems. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, pneumatic circuit diagrams, and use tools such as multimeters, calipers, and torque tools. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, system troubleshooting, hardware upgrades, firmware updates, and system integration support. Manage documentation, root cause analysis, data logs, customer reporting, and Salesforce ticketing. Work fully onsite in a customer laboratory environment with doctors, lab personnel, technicians, and biological samples. Associate degree in Electronics or related Applied Science preferred; military technical training or equivalent hands-on experience accepted.
