About The Role - Contracts Coordinator (Centennial, CO)
As a Contracts Coordinator on the Orica USA Indirect Commercial team, you will support sales execution across Joint Ventures, Distributors, Seismic, and Wholesale portfolios by owning and coordinating the endtoend contract lifecycle in Ariba.
You'll partner closely with Sales Representatives and internal stakeholders to ensure agreements are:
Set up accurately
Reviewed and approved on time
Executed cleanly
Maintained through renewals and amendments
Your work directly supports compliant, efficient, and scalable sales operations. What you will be doing
Own the contract lifecycle in Ariba from intake through execution, renewal, and closeoutensuring accurate metadata, version control, and documentation
Coordinate contract reviews and approvals with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain in line with policy and internal controls
Support Sales Representatives by clarifying requirements, gathering customer documentation, and keeping deal timelines on track
Manage monthly and quarterly pricing by managing the rise and falls and contract execution.
Manage amendments and renewals, tracking key dates, pricing changes, and contractual obligations to prevent lapses or risk
Resolve contract, pricing, and invoicing discrepancies by partnering with Sales and Finance and maintaining clean, auditready data
Communicate status and next steps clearly to stakeholders, following up on open actions to keep work moving
Maintain reporting, trackers, and dashboards on contract cycle times, backlog, and renewals
Identify process improvements that streamline templates, workflows, and contracting standardization
Support ordertocash accuracy by ensuring contract terms and pricing flow correctly into downstream systems
What you will bring
2-4 years of experience in contract administration, deal desk, procurement operations, or a similar coordination role
Strong attention to detail and comfort working in auditready, compliancedriven environments
Ability to understand financial data, terminology, and performance metrics and apply that knowledge to guide decisions impacting profitability, growth, and sustainability
Understanding of contract lifecycle management, including intake, review, approvals, execution, storage, renewals, and amendments
Experience with a contracting or procurement system (Ariba strongly preferred)
Ability to juggle multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines without losing accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; SAP or Power BI experience is a plus
Clear, professional communication skills and a proactive followup mindset
Spanish proficiency (spoken and written) preferred
