Custom Millwork & Metal Fabrication Shop - Red Hook, BK

We're looking for an experienced shop carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well with a team, and builds high-quality work without cutting corners.

We design, engineer, and fabricate custom millwork, metalwork, furniture, interiors, and one-of-a-kind installations. Every project is different, and were looking for someone resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of figuring things out while maintaining a high standard of execution.

What Youll Be Doing...
Building custom millwork, cabinetry, furniture, and architectural elements
Reading and interpreting shop drawings and fabrication details
Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Assisting with layout, assembly, fitting, and installation prep
Working alongside fabricators, welders, finishers, and project leads
Problem-solving in real time to keep projects moving
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional shop environment
Helping ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule

What Were Looking For...
5+ years of professional woodworking or custom carpentry experience
Strong understanding of shop tools, machinery, and fabrication processes
Experience with custom millwork, cabinetry, furniture, or architectural fabrication
Ability to read shop drawings and work independently
Close attention to detail and strong work ethic
Positive attitude and team mentality
Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
Ability to lift materials and work in an active shop environment

Bonus Skills...
Experience with laminate, veneer, or solid surface work
Metal fabrication familiarity
Installation experience
Finishing/touch-up experience
