Experienced Welder/Fabricator

The Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled, safety-oriented Welder/Fabricator to join our busy Albuquerque shop. You will be responsible for interpreting shop drawings, laying out raw materials, and executing precision cuts and welds. A significant portion of this role requires custom layout and fitting prior to welding.

Qualifications:
- Hands-on welding and fabrication experience (structural or custom ornamental)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and trade math skills.
- Ability to pass an in-house welding/fabrication test.
- Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs., stand for long shifts, and work in awkward positions.
