Remodel Technician / Handyman Residential Construction

We are hiring an experienced Remodel Technician / Handyman for residential remodeling projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

You will be working alongside an experienced lead technician on custom residential projects.

This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can perform quality work independently and take direction well.

Pay: $20$22/hour DOE Schedule: MondayFriday, Full-Time | Overtime available based on project needs

Responsibilities

Residential demolition
Basic framing and carpentry
Drywall installation and repairs
Texture and patch work
Trim and finish work
Fixture and hardware installation
General remodeling tasks
Use of hand and power tools
Maintain a clean and professional work area

Requirements

OSHA-10 required
Reliable transportation required
Own tools required
Own PPE required (hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, work boots)
Minimum 2 years of residential construction, remodeling, or related experience
Experience with drywall, framing, demo, and general repairs
Ability to work independently and follow direction
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Professional attitude when working in occupied homes
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Carpentry or trim work experience
Drywall finishing experience
Experience in custom home remodeling
