Experienced Remodel Carpenter / All-Around Tradesman Needed Truckee/Tahoe Ar

We are looking for skilled and reliable workers to join our crew for upcoming residential remodel projects in the Truckee/Tahoe area. We are starting multiple projects including siding installation, bathroom remodels, and fence construction.

We are looking for people who are well-rounded in residential construction and comfortable working in multiple trades.

Requirements:

* Experience in residential remodel work
* Knowledge of framing, siding, trim, fencing, and basic finish work
* Bathroom remodel experience is a plus
* Ability to work independently and with a crew
* Reliable transportation
* Good attitude and strong work ethic
* Must show up on time and be dependable
* Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in Tahoe weather conditions

Preferred Skills:

* Siding installation (T1-11, exterior trim, flashing, etc.)
* Fence building and layout
* Basic plumbing/electrical understanding
* Demo and site prep
* Finish carpentry experience

Pay:

* Pay DOE (Depending on Experience)
