Assistant Construction Superintendent
We are seeking an assistant construction superintendent for multiple residential projects ranging from small remodeling projects to new home construction.
Someone with well-rounded experience in multiple trades and several years in the construction industry will be required.
This position will require excellent communication skills, the ability to give directions to others, the ability to keep legible notes, follow plans, follow the schedule and the willingness to get your hands dirty if and when needed.
We subcontract most of our work but on occasion you may find it necessary to take care of some of the work yourself. Reliable transportation in the form of a pickup truck, tools and the skills to deal with a variety of trades will be necessary.
We are a quality, schedule and budget driven company; the selected candidate will be required to drive between multiple projects during the day. Arranging to have projects unlocked in the morning and secured at the end of the day as well as making sure the project is clean and presentable at all times will be part of your duties.
You will be working with and directing others, a presentable, professional appearance will be required.
