Electrical Journeymen

We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our team.

This is a full-time position with an immediate start date. We are looking for hardworking, energetic, and intelligent residential electricians who possess the following qualifications:
* A strong familiarity with LED strip lighting installation.* The ability to effectively run a crew or work independently.* Extensive experience in residential electrical work.* A high level of self-motivation and a work ethic that requires little to no supervision, demonstrating integrity and responsibility.* Strong determination and mechanical intuition.* The ability to present well to homeowners and establish positive customer rapport.* Your own set of hand tools.* Reliable personal transportation.* Excellent clear communication skills.* Physical fitness and the ability to work in various environments, including attics and crawlspaces, without fear of heights.

Minimum Requirements
5 Years of residential electrical service experience (Required)
Commercial electrical troubleshooting experience (Preferred, not required)
Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening upon request.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills in residential electrical systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, service-focused environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
High degree of discipline, reliability, and strong work ethic.
Professional attitude, appearance, and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
Knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and residential system standards
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Experience with Service Titan or other equivalent service software.
