SKILLED DECK BUILDER / CARPENTER WANTED

Looking for a skilled carpenter to join a small, professional crew working primarily in the Santa Cruz County area.

We are looking for someone with real-world experience building decks and performing quality framing work. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working alongside other skilled carpenters, communicating well, and contributing to a team environment where everyone works together to produce high-quality projects.

Required Experience:

Deck framing and construction

Composite decking installation (EVA-LAST, TimberTech, and similar products)

Railing installation, including cable rail, metal rail, and wood rail systems

General framing, layout, and finish carpentry

Ability to read plans and follow layout dimensions

Proficient with standard carpentry tools and equipment
