What Were Looking For:

- Experience as a Foreman, Lead Carpenter, Assistant Superintendent, or similar field leadership role
- Ability to manage smaller projects and coordinate day-to-day site operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
- Focused and present on the jobsite
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Someone who enjoys building and takes pride in quality work
- Ability to work well with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and field crews

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily field activities and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors and deliveries
- Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization
- Communicate updates with project management and ownership
- Help solve field issues proactively
- Support quality control and project completion efforts
