- Top notch skills that span a wide variety of trades but especially trim carpentry and drywall repairs.
- Be able to provide an exceptional customer experience at each visit.
- Self starter, detail oriented and takes great personal pride in producing high quality workmanship.
- Good communicator who is able to highly effectively communicate directly with customers.
- Well honed problem solving and situational judgment skills.
- Consistently punctual and reliable.
- Professional appearance and pass background check.
- Trim carpentry, drywall repairs, doors/windows, exterior trim work, light plumbing, light electrical, misc handyman to do lists, tiling skills are a plus. Ability to safely operate a 32 foot ladder.
Able to travel throughout a service territory of Baltimore County, Baltimore City and Harford County.

10-15+ years trades experience with independent problem solving and customer interaction experience.
