PACT Design Studio is seeking a Project Architect/Architectural Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our growing studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thoughtful design, strong team collaboration, and the challenge of turning ideas into well-executed construction documents.
We are looking for someone who is curious, motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute across multiple phases of a project. This position will work closely with project managers and firm leadership on higher education projects throughout Texas, while also supporting select hospitality, commercial, interior architecture, and residential work.
What Youll Do
- Participate in design, documentation, and construction administration
- Develop drawing sets and coordinate technical documentation
- Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and internal team members
- Support design studies, presentations, and project development
- Assist with coordination across multiple disciplines
- Participate in construction administration phase observation and problem-solving
- Contribute to a collaborative studio culture focused on quality and growth
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in architecture
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Strong design and technical documentation skills
- Experience with construction administration
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Revit proficiency required
- Strong experience in higher education projects
- Experience in any of the following is a plus: Hospitality, Private Commercial, Interior Architecture, Residential
