Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour.
Purpose
The Laborer supports construction and renovation projects by performing skilled labor tasks under the direction of the project leader. This role emphasizes manual labor, site preparation, and assisting skilled trades while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Travel between job sites is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
- Prepare and clean job sites (removing debris, sweeping, organizing tools).
- Assist with demolition and site setup.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed.
- Support skilled trades by providing materials and performing simple tasks.
- Arrive on time and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Represent the company professionally and courteously.
- Work independently or as part of a team.
- Ask questions and seek clarification when needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Participate in pre-employment physical and drug screening.
- Comply with company policies and complete additional tasks as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to comprehend and follow basic instructions.
- Basic math and measurement skills.

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and climbing ladders.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
Travel Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between job sites as needed.
