SENIOR BUILDING INSPECTOR
Under general supervision by the Chief Building Official, the purpose of the position is to ensure compliance of the City and State Building Codes. Employees in this classification perform skilled level work. Position is responsible for inspecting and certifying new, existing, and altered buildings and structures. Performs related work as required.

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess and maintain Class C Driver's License.
- TSBPE inspector's license.
- ICC Commercial and/or Residential Combination Inspectors Certification or ability to obtain on 12 months.
