Construction Manager/Tech Lead (LSNA-NC)

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree 8 + years of experience in managing construction projects related to industrial and/or commercial facilities Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building Demonstrated expert knowledge of Facility Startup, clean utility systems, manufacturing equipment, FAT/ SAT's, passivation cleaning, planning Pharmaceutical experience preferred Ideally, you'll also have: Master's degree in engineering, Construction Management or related field, but not required Strong communications skills Lean construction delivery experience and ability to adapt to lean methods(V-Planner) OSHA 30 training a plus Ability to learn and use construction software (such Autodesk Construction Cloud, Smartsheet EIDA,) Ability to collaborate in planning, design, construction, and commissioning Ability to manage turnover processes and ensure walkdown facilitation LifeSciences, #Bio/Pharma, #EPCMV, #globallifescience, #Construction LI-SH1 Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
