Senior Project Manager / Practice Leader - Land Development Overview A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Senior Project Manager / Practice Leader - Land Development to establish and grow a high-performing land development practice in Minneapolis. This role blends technical delivery, client leadership, and business development, offering the opportunity to drive market growth, build a team, and deliver impactful site development projects. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong industry relationships and a passion for shaping communities.
