You will work at the intersection of product design and artificial intelligence, collaborating closely with AI engineers to create innovative interfaces that go beyond traditional screens. The position requires a blend of design expertise and hands-on coding to bring AI-native experiences to life. Key Responsibilities: Develop design language for AI-native employee tools. Design and iterate on experiences for AI-powered HR services. Prototype and productize AI experiences using Figma and code. Design for agentic interfaces and AI collaboration. Partner with engineers and PMs to execute technical designs. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience in product design engineering with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Figma and modern web development technologies like React. Experience designing AI-native or conversational interfaces. This role requires experience in designing internal tools for non-technical end users, with a focus on delivering consumer-grade product quality.
