CONSTRUCTION HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC -- $40-$48/hr Description: We're hiring a Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel equipment in the field. This role is ideal for a selfstarter who can work independently on loaders, excavators, graders, and haul trucks. Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems Perform preventative maintenance and full equipment inspections Respond to field breakdowns and complete repairs on-site Use diagnostic software, schematics, and service manuals Perform welding and basic fabrication as needed Essential Skills: 5+ years of heavy equipment diesel mechanic experience Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems Experience with loaders, excavators, graders, and haul trucks Comfortable with diagnostic software and tools Own mechanic tools and valid driving record Preferred Skills: Welding and fabrication experience John Deere or similar equipment certifications Strong ability to work independently in field environments Apply now expect a call or text from Andrew!
