Location: The Monastery - Towne Asset Services
Payrate: $23-$28/hr based on experience
Schedule Hours: Monday-Friday schedule (7:30 AM-4:00 PM)
What You'll Do
Complete punch-outs, turnovers, and minor construction repairs (e.g., gutters, drywall, painting, lighting, fencing, and minor roof repairs).
Moves or replaces appliances as needed.
Follows all safety procedures and properly uses safety equipment.
Maintains tools and equipment and completes required paperwork on time.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, apartment turnovers, punch-out work, or a related trade
OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
Working knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including drywall repair, painting, light carpentry, appliance handling, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools, ladders, and required safety equipment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete work efficiently and to quality standards
Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and collaborate effectively within a team environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in both indoor and outdoor environments
