Estimator - Industrial Construction

I'm partnered with a growing and well-respected industrial contractor that is actively expanding and looking to bring on an Estimator with strong industrial construction experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands industrial project environments, enjoys building relationships, and wants to be part of a company with a strong reputation, LOW turnover, and real long-term growth potential. What You'll Be Doing Review plans, specifications, and bid documents for industrial and specialty construction projects Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and proposals across multiple industrial scopes Work closely with operations, project managers, vendors, and field teams Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and preconstruction planning Identify project risks and opportunities during the bidding process Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Support projects involving industrial coatings, scaffolding, insulation, specialty construction, and related industrial services What We're Looking For Experience estimating within industrial, mechanical, coatings, scaffolding, insulation, or specialty construction environments Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Strong understanding of industrial project workflows and operations Relationship-driven mindset with strong communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Industrial construction experience highly preferred Why This Role Stands Out Competitive compensation package Quarterly quota bonuses + project-specific bonuses Minimum 10% annual bonus Strong pipeline of industrial and commercial projects Company with LOW turnover and long-term stability Opportunity to grow with an expanding organization Leadership team that values autonomy, relationships, and performance The Bottom Line This is more than just an estimating role it's an opportunity to join a growing industrial contractor where your experience, relationships, and leadership can make a real impact long term.
