Pre-Construction Manager

Preconstruction Manager (Solar) Full-Time | Indianapolis, IN (Travel Required) A growing renewable energy company is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to support the development of commercial solar and energy storage projects across the Midwest. This role plays a key part in setting projects up for success, leading efforts from early-stage development through construction handoff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, solar, or electrical preconstruction, with experience in budgeting, design coordination, and subcontractor management. This position is based in Indianapolis, IN with travel throughout Indiana and Illinois .
