Were a small, established concrete company looking for experienced concrete finishers who take pride in their craft and want to be part of a hardworking, nononsense crew. If you know your trade, enjoy working outdoors, and want to be treated with respect, youll fit right in here.

What Were Looking For
Minimum 5 years of verifiable concrete finishing experience

Valid drivers license with clean driving record (Class A earns extra pay)

DOT health card or ability to get one (not required)

Ability to work well with others were a team and everyone pitches in

Professional attitude around customers and on job sites

Bobcat skills for tearouts and loading

Saw cutting experience

Proficient in floating, rodding, edging, steps, and general finishing

Stamping experience is a plus (we can train the right person)

What Youll Get
Starting pay: $35/hr+ depending on experience and skill level

Overtime after 40 hours

Consistent availability of overtime

Weekly direct deposit

Work directly with an owner who knows concrete and doesnt micromanage

About the Job
Full-time, yearround work

8hour shifts (with overtime opportunities)

Must be able to reliably commute to Saint Paul / New Brighton area or plan to relocate

Work is in-person on residential and light commercial projects
