Part-Time Handyman w/ Construction Experience Rio Rancho 20 hr/w

We are a growing company with a commercial property in Rio Rancho looking for a handyman with foundational construction experience to join our core team on a part-time, ongoing basis. This isn't a one-time job. We're expanding and want the right person to grow with us.

What You'll Be Doing
Hands-on work involving multiple trades skills at our 2.89 Acre / 10,000 sq ft commercial facility. This role directly reports to our existing General Contractor and Facility Operations Manager.

What We're Looking For
Start date as early as June 1
Applied experience in general construction and building maintenance
Comfortable with plumbing, drywall, paint, basic electrical, and framing. Welding experience is a plus.
Someone who shows up, figures things out, and takes ownership
Works well in a small, collaborative team environment
Low ego, no drama. Good communication and being easy to work with matter as much as good work.

What We Offer
Starting at $1,8002,250 per month DOE (~$22$28/hr)
Flexible scheduling, ~20 hrs/week
30 day assessment to align growth in the role and the compensation model
