Journeyman Tile setter

Looking for a skilled tile setter. No offense, but to ween out the unreal amount of people who feel they are gods gift to tile, but cannot hold a hawk and trowel, understand what lathe or chicken wire is for, install 40 mil pans, work within 1/16s, do an involved layout without calling the boss for help, be presentable, work well with homeowners/other employees, physically able, drive a functioning truck, and have a COMPLETE set of tools (not just a home depot saw and a bucket with a margin trowel in it) please continue looking.

I have a helper that is shared amongst the crew, and will happily hire another for the right person. We have a great time on site, and you will be treated well. If you are trustworthy and can be left alone (or prefer this), then more power to you. I primarily do bathrooms, but will happily take on whatever comes my way to keep myself and my employees busy. You take care of me, I will bend over backwards to take care of you.

I have heard a plethora of stories about peoples skills and their abilities only to find they know very little. Ive also met very skilled setters who can somehow triple the amount of time it "should" take to set a bathroom. Please do not reach out if you are not realistic in your skills.
