Residential foreman for General contractor

Small family owned general contractor who specializes in renovation, additions and custom building looking for a foreman who is an experienced carpenter. This position requires rough and finish carpentry experience at the journeyman level. Must be able to set doors, install crown molding, cut and stack a roof, build stairs, and work off a set of plans without supervision. Also need to have the ability to run a crew and take a job from start to finish. Im looking for a candidate who can build from the vision of what the architect put on paper and understand how design comes to life. You will have your bags on in this position. You will also need to do demo and clean up at times. No complainers. You will also need to have a clean appearance and speak with cleanliness as you will need to be able to communicate with customers and design team.
