The H2O Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and servicing existing and new accounts in the greater market. They will work closely with our customers to provide water treatment programs tailored to their specific needs. This is a remote position.

WE KEEP THE POSITION CHALLENGING. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Promotion of sales of products and services to new and existing customers.
Provide analysis and feedback of routine preventative maintenance services; inspection, cleaning and calibration of system components as necessary to assigned accounts
Identify, propose, and close additional water treatment opportunities.
Determine condition of system fluids, water sampling and testing, identify malfunctions and take recommend corrective actions.
Ensure service calls are accurately reported.
Maintain relationships of existing key account business with territory manager.
Serve as sales and technical support for sales teams within assigned product lines.

HIT THE GROUND RUNNING WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in water treatment, water hygiene, environmental health and safety, and/or secondary disinfection.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales with a proven successful track record.
75% or more travel requirement
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and management skill.
Proficient with smart technology
Aptitude to learn equipment service and other technical information
