Door & Window Maintenance: Installing or replacing interior/exterior doors, hardware, weather stripping, and window screens.
Fencing & Decking: Repairing or building wooden/vinyl fences, gates, and deck boards.
Cabinetry & Built-ins: Installing or repairing kitchen/bathroom cabinets, shelves, and hardware.

Proven Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of professional experience in general home maintenance, construction, or residential remodeling.
Technical Skill Set: Demonstrated proficiency across multiple trades, specifically carpentry, drywall repair, minor plumbing, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
Tool Ownership: Possession of a reliable set of basic hand and power tools required to complete standard daily tasks.
Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record and reliable, insured transportation capable of transporting tools to various job sites.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, climb ladders, work in tight spaces (crawl spaces/attics), and stand for long periods.
Background Check: Ability to pass a standard criminal background check and drug screening (essential for working inside clients' homes).
