Commercial Carpenter

Commercial Carpenter Needed - Michigan City, IN

Pay: $25-$27/hr DOE

No Per Diem Available

Trade Management, a Peoplelink Group Company, is currently hiring experienced Commercial Carpenters for commercial construction projects in the Michigan City, Indiana area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of commercial carpentry experience
• Experience with metal framing and stick framing required
• OSHA 10 Certification required
• Commercial construction experience required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced construction environment
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass E-Verify
• Must be able to pass a drug screen

Responsibilities:

• Install and assemble metal stud framing and stick framing systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Measure, cut, and install framing materials accurately
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Follow OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
• Work effectively with supervisors and other trades onsite
