Crane Operator in Washington A well-established construction company in Washington is urgently seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy machinery and materials on construction sites. Responsibilities: - Operate different types of cranes, including tower cranes, mobile cranes, and overhead cranes according to specific project needs - Inspect crane equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation - Read and interpret blueprints or plans to determine the best location for crane placement - Communicate with site supervisors and signalers to ensure safe movement of materials and equipment - Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents on the job site - Keep accurate records of crane operations including lift details, fuel usage, maintenance logs, etc. - Troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions or issues that arise during operation Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes on construction sites - Valid license or certification to operate different types of cranes - Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to crane operation - Ability to read blueprints or plans - Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination - Excellent communication skills - Attention to detail Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position.
