Land Surveyor City: Atlanta, USA Salary: $1000 per month We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Atlanta. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, creating maps and reports, and providing accurate data for construction projects. Responsibilities: - Conduct surveys of land areas using specialized equipment and tools - Analyze survey data and create detailed maps and reports - Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of land - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy of survey data - Use GPS systems, total stations, and other surveying equipment to collect data - Maintain accurate records of survey results and data - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during surveying activities Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor - Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred - Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment operation - Proficiency in using GPS systems, total stations, and other surveying tools - Understanding of legal descriptions and property boundaries - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Attention to detail and accuracy - Valid work permit or visa sponsorship available If you are a skilled Land Surveyor with experience in conducting surveys for construction projects, we encourage you to apply for this full-time position with competitive salary.
