A highly respected international architecture and masterplanning practice is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to join its San Francisco studio. This is an opportunity to play a key role within a globally recognised design practice delivering ambitious mixed-use, hospitality, residential, civic, cultural, and large-scale urban projects across North America and internationally. The successful candidate will take a leading role in concept development, design direction, client presentations, and project leadership, working alongside a talented multidisciplinary team on projects ranging from individual buildings to major urban destinations. This position would suit a highly creative architect or designer who enjoys shaping design vision, mentoring teams, engaging directly with clients, and driving projects from concept through delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead design and masterplanning projects from concept through development Establish project vision, design direction, and presentation strategy Lead workshops, charrettes, and client presentations Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams Mentor and guide junior designers Contribute to business development and new project pursuits Act as a key client contact throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate on technically complex and design-led projects across multiple sectors Requirements Professional degree in Architecture 10+ years of professional experience Strong experience in hospitality, mixed-use, residential, or large-scale urban projects Exceptional conceptual design ability Excellent presentation and communication skills Advanced Rhino, SketchUp, and visualization skills Strong Revit and technical coordination capability Experience leading project teams and client relationships Architectural registration preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
