Project Manager

We're seeking a Build Producer with a deep understanding of high-end residential construction to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can operate at a strategic level. You'll be working closely with general contractors, subcontractors, designers, and producers while also being willing to jump in and get their hands dirty when the moment calls for it.

In the field, you'll be managing timelines, troubleshooting issues in real time, and occasionally assisting with light carpentry or set dressing to help us hit our mark.

In preproduction, you'll help flag potential construction issues, cross-check evolving designs, and ensure our MEPs support the final vision. You'll also work directly with high-profile talent who require a high level of professionalism, tact, and discretion.

First 4 weeks prep, 4 days a week. 6 days a week while on location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work daily with contractors, designers, MEP teams, and producers to execute build plans with speed and precision

- Review and cross-reference architectural plans, fixture selections, and space layouts to prevent installation issues

- Collaborate with the design and art departments to ensure everything ordered will fit, function, and align with MEP systems

- Anticipate and resolve issues related to scheduling, sourcing, and site logistics

- Support preproduction by identifying costly errors before they happen (flagging clearance issues, vendor delays, or missing infrastructure)

- Act as a bridge between on-camera talent and the field team, providing regular updates to story producers and tracking key renovation milestones

- Occasionally assist with light carpentry, set dressing, or other hands-on tasks when builds need an extra push

- Remain calm and communicative in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

- Take direction well and pivot quickly in response to evolving production needs
