Lead carpenter and assistants wanted

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter/Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks on commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, framing, trim carpentry, and working with hand and power tools. Responsibilities

Assist in framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry using hand tools and power tools

Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and roofing as needed

Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, and molding with precision

Handle heavy lifting and material transportation safely around the job site

Apply caulking, stucco, plastering, flooring installation, tile laying, and electrical or plumbing work when required

Follow safety protocols consistently to maintain a safe working environment on all projects

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards Skills

Proven experience in construction estimati, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction site work

Proficiency with hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws)

Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, roofing, siding, and cabinetry installation

Strong physical ability for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking on job sites

Handyman experience or general remodeling skills are desirable

Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
