What You'll Do:

• Lead bridge construction projects from mobilization through completion
• Manage field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and daily operations
• Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and clients
• Drive production while keeping crews motivated and accountable

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience
• Strong bridge construction background
• Proven experience managing field operations and large crews
• Knowledge of DOT specifications and heavy highway construction
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
