Handy Man for Variable Repair Tasks for Multi Family Building

Must have general construction knowledge for repair work, light plumbing, light electrical, lock installations, door repairs, cosmetic repairs for water leaks, Paint, Sheetrock & Spackle, etc.. will be pay by the day, tasks, or 1/2 Day. Can commute without parking.

When replying, pls give me tell me your base location as i will be looking for people that can travel quickly by public transportation or car to Upper East Side or Greenpoint Brooklyn . Also state if you have Handyman insurance or not. Thank you.
