Starting Pay: $20.0 per hour

Shifts Available:

6-10 am Monday- Sunday

As a Project Supervisor, the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity but are not limited to them:

• Leads crew and performs janitorial project work multiple locions within a defined geographic area. Work requires efficient execution of work within defined project time frames.
• May support staffing coordinion for projects including communicing schedules.
• Floor surfaces and carpet cleaning
• Carpet extractions
• Wash windows
• Minor wall repair
• Gher and empty trash.
• Service, cleaning, and supply restrooms
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy wer or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks Safety
• Follows all procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after opering hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure th hazards are not creed.
• Follows all procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.

Requirements:

• Excellent understanding of janitorial/building maintenance procedures and reled safety requirements
• Tool and machine maintenance including basic break/fix procedures.
• How to meet general customer expections
• Effective verbal and written communicion skills including time management with an ability to prioritize and set clear expections.
• Ability to resolve requests and concerns in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage work with and lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operions environment
• Ability to provide facilities escalions resolution timely and efficiently
• Ability to track supplies and task/performance da, document and submit reports/supply orders. Answer calls, monitor, track and document escalions in wh may be a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service
• Relionship management and ability to build rapport with customers
• Communice (speak and write) in English (and where needed bilingual in Spanish and English
• KBS utilizes the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for accure recording of employee work hours, tendance management, completion of required training, and distribution of important employment-reled informion. All non-exempt employees are required to download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out for their shifts and breaks. In accordance with applicable local laws, cell phone reimbursement is provided to support the use of personal devices for work-reled tasks.
