We are currently seeking an Industrial Electrician for our Dalton, GA facility. This position will be on 1st shift which will be 8:00AM-6:30PM, Monday through Thursday. Pay rate is $32.00 per hour and up depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical components of industrial equipment such as motors, drives, PLC’s and controls.
- Work as a team member or alone to complete projects.
- Read and understand technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Perform general electrical maintenance.
- Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
- Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
- Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
- Install conduit and wireway duct.
Education/Experience:
- Completion of High School Diploma or GED
- Five years of maintenance experience is required
- Technical school or apprenticeship in a skilled trade is preferred
- California state certification preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Welding experience preferred
Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
- Performing work requiring extensive knowledge of motor controls, troubleshooting, electrical schematics, and blueprints, including electronic theory and principles.
- Working knowledge of three phase motors, programmable logic controls, motor controls circuits, computer interfaces, frequency drives, and National Electrical Code. Must be able to read and create electrical ladder schematics and trouble shoot industrial controls.
- Proficient at replacing and installing electrical components such as heaters, relays, switches, motors, circuit breakers, power wiring, conduit, and sensors.
- Proficient at working with voltages, including 480 VAC, 277 VAC, 120 VAC volt controls, and 24 VDC controls.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, stoop, squat, kneel, and climb stairs as required.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 55 pounds.
- Ability to work in an industrial/manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, heat, and mechanical equipment.

- This position may require overtime, shift work, or on-call availability based on operational needs.
