Painting Subcontractor Crew Needed Asap (2-3 Person Painter Crew)

At E3 Contracting LLC, we are looking for an experienced 2-3 person painting subcontractor team to perform ongoing residential jobs throughout the Chicagoland area.

We're a growing company that consistently has more work than we can keep up with. We're looking to build a long-term partnership with a subcontractor who delivers quality work and takes pride in their craftsmanship. When one project is complete, another is ready to start. PAY STRUCTURE

- Paid by contract, per project
- Pricing is agreed upon before work begins

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

- Must be proficient with drywall repairs and patching
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must personally be present and working on the job with your crew
- Must verify legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be dependable, professional, and reliable
- Must complete a W-9
- Must be proficient with power washing
- Must be able to transport ladders and equipment

TOOL AND EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

- Drywall sanding vacuum (HEPA dust extraction preferred)
- Power washer
- Extension ladders suitable for two-story exterior work
- Brushes and rollers
- Own basic jobsite tools
- Ability to spray, back-roll, and produce a quality finish
- Paint trays and liners
- Ladders capable of reaching 18-foot interior ceilings
- Roller frames and appropriate roller covers
- Drop cloths / drop tarps
- Caulking guns
