Lead the planning, execution, and operational oversight of complex infrastructure and facility-related initiatives, ensuring high standards of performance and reliability. Partner with internal teams to identify and implement strategies that improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and long-term sustainability. Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance activities in accordance with applicable standards and best practices. Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation to support operational objectives and organizational priorities. Promote accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development within the team. Act as a primary liaison for key stakeholders, providing regular communication on project progress, operational performance, and business objectives. Evaluate opportunities to improve processes, systems, and operational outcomes through innovation and best practices. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications 10+ years of experience managing complex facilities, technical operations, infrastructure environments, or related operational programs. Experience on Data Center projects is required Demonstrated success overseeing facility performance, reliability, maintenance, and operational continuity. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, projects, or operational functions. Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Technical aptitude with the ability to analyze issues, make informed decisions, and support critical operational systems.
