Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20-25/hr. (based on experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

What's a typical day as a CNC Machine Operator? You'll be:
Operating CNC lathes safely and efficiently to produce precision machined parts
Loading and unloading raw materials and finished parts
Conducting in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and comparators
Monitoring machine operation and making minor offset adjustments as needed
Reading and following blueprints, travelers, setup sheets, and work instructions
Maintaining part quality and ensuring all tolerances are met throughout production runs
Deburring, cleaning, and packaging parts as required
Completing production and inspection documentation accurately
Keeping your work area clean and organized
Communicating any issues related to quality, tooling, or machine performance
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have prior experience operating CNC lathes (required)
Can accurately use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Maintain strong attention to detail and quality standards
Are able to follow instructions and standardized processes
Possess basic blueprint reading skills (preferred)
Demonstrate reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Can stand for extended periods and lift materials/parts as needed
Have experience in a precision machining or manufacturing environment (preferred)
Are familiar with tight-tolerance parts and inspection requirements
Experience with Haas, Mori Seiki, DMG Mori, or similar CNC equipment is a plus
