Blackbird Building Group is looking for a dependable and hardworking Residential Construction Laborers and Experienced Foreman to join our growing team. Experience in residential construction is required, a minimum of 3 years is preferred.Responsibilities include:Experienced Trades: Drywall, Tiling, Flooring, Carpentry, Framing, Crawlspace and Foundation, Electrical, plumbing, landscaping and more! Great signing bonus, plus high starting wages and great benefits!Non-Trade: Assisting with residential construction, remodeling, and repair projects; loading and unloading materials; jobsite cleanup and organization; basic demolition; assisting skilled trades as needed; carrying tools, materials, and equipment; following safety procedures; and helping keep projects moving efficiently.Ideal candidate:Has reliable transportation, can show up on time every day, is physically able to lift materials and work on active jobsites, follows instructions, works well with a team, and is willing to learn new skills.
