13136 Environmental Construction Business Development Manager
Our client in Wylie, Texas is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Environmental Construction Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen existing client partnerships. This role is responsible for upselling current customers, developing new business opportunities, attending networking events, and serving as a visible, professional ambassador for thepany.
The ideal candidate is confident in front of clients, understands construction and environmental services, and thrives on building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients; identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Prospect and secure new customers through outreach, referrals, networking events, and industry associations
Represent thepany at industry events, trade shows, andmunity functions
Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and present service solutions tailored to client needs
Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales pipeline
Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience (construction, environmental services, or related field preferred)
Strong understanding of environmental construction services such as remediation, demolition, abatement, or site development (preferred)
Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts
Excellentmunication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, andfortable working independently
Ability to attend networking events, some evenings as needed
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
