A respected construction consulting firm is seeking analytical, detail-oriented professionals to join its growing team in Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

• Support construction claims analysis, scheduling, and dispute resolution assignments.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Assist with project oversight, litigation support, and technical documentation.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and contribute to client presentations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals across engineering, construction, legal, and financial disciplines.
• Support large-scale mission-critical and data center construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience working on data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial construction projects preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and construction documents is preferred.
