Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial/institutional projects
• Manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules simultaneously
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and design staff
• Prepare construction documents, calculations, and technical reports
• Ensure compliance with applicable mechanical, energy, and plumbing codes
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients
• Support and drive business development , including proposal preparation and client engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Strong experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and load calculation software
• Proven project management and leadership experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• 10+ years of experience required
