Experienced Painter - Full-Time W-2 Position - No Winter Layoffs - $24-$26/hr**

We are a local, family-owned property management company seeking an experienced Painter to join our team. This is a full-time W-2 employee position with consistent work throughout the year, paid holidays, paid vacation, and no winter layoffs.
Many of our employees have been with us for years, and we're looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term position with a company that values reliability, quality work, and a strong team culture.
You will work at three apartment communities in Auburn, preparing apartments for new residents, completing repairs for current residents, and helping maintain attractive, well-kept properties. All work is local to Auburn, so there is no extensive travel required.
**Responsibilities:**
Interior painting and touch-up work in vacant apartments and common areas
Surface preparation including patching, sanding, masking, and priming
Applying paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
Drywall repair, patching, and texture matching
Cleanup and proper storage of materials and equipment
Identifying maintenance concerns and safety issues while working throughout the properties
**Qualifications:**
Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience required
Experience in residential, apartment turnover, commercial, or new-construction painting is welcome
General maintenance experience preferred but not required
Valid driver's license required
Reliable transportation required
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Able to work independently and complete projects efficiently
