A 46-year WNY company is expanding and looking for skilled, reliable tradespeople for ongoing home renovation work.
We're looking for people who can handle:
Drywall Hang and Finish
Interior and Exterior Painting
LVP flooring installation
Light carpentry and general home repairs

You're paid for every hour including supply runs. Most contractors lose hours at the lumber yard. Not here.
You set your schedule. Choose how many days you work each week, take a long weekend, plan a vacation no permission needed.
Seamless workflow, no lost days. We line up jobs back to back so you're never sitting waiting for the next project.
All properties are vacant. 24-hour site access, no homeowners to manage just you and the work.
Side work is welcome. We structure things so you can still take on other clients. This works around your life, not the other way around.

Requirements: Must have your own tools, reliable transportation, and insurance. You'll work as an independent contractor (1099).
